This may include a weekly injection used for weight management in adults. It works by mimicking the effects of the hormone glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) that regulates appetite and food intake. Candidates can lose up to 15-20% weight with treatment over a 2-6 month period.
This service requires an initial mandatory diagnostic test and consultation with our Nurse Practitioner to review your results and ensure you are an appropriate candidate for this treatment.
