Two complementary backgrounds, clinical medicine and business, built Seamless Health from the ground up.
Cheri McNeil
Nurse Practitioner, Authorized Prescriber · Lead Educator · Co-Owner
Cheri is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Authorized Prescriber with a Master of Science in Community Health. She spent 25+ years in emergency and primary care before bringing that clinical judgment to medical aesthetics in 2016, and to functional medicine in 2018.
Today she leads Seamless Health’s Nurse Practitioner led team in Stouffville, from injectables and skin treatments to hormone and metabolic health, with a focus on natural results and integrative disease prevention. Clients rate the clinic 5.0 on Google from 170+ reviews, and Seamless is a 2025 Canadian Choice Award winner.
As Lead Educator, Cheri teaches Seamless’s CNA and CFPC accredited injection training and the Beaut-CAMPP mentorship. Seamless has trained 1,000+ healthcare professionals to inject safely and build practices of their own.
Steve Osztertag
B.Sc. Physics · Co-Founder
Steve is a multi-business owner with a background in physics and electrical engineering and decades of experience in business, engineering, sales, and operations. As Co-Founder of Seamless Health & Medical Aesthetics, he provides strategic and operational leadership, overseeing business growth, industry relationships, facilities, logistics, and infrastructure.
Steve also leads operations for Seamless Health & Medical Aesthetics Institute and its dedicated training facility. His ability to solve problems, anticipate needs, and turn ideas into action has been instrumental in growing Seamless into both a successful healthcare practice and an accredited education provider that has trained more than 1,000 healthcare professionals.
