It is mandatory that clinics have a proper policy and procedure protocols in place. Not only to meet Ministry & Regulatory College guidelines, but as well, treatment procedures must also be in place for every procedure you perform (i.e.: Neurotoxins, Dermal fillers, PRP, use of hyaluronidase, Deoxycholic Acids, Chemical Peels, Laser, etc.).

 

Assembling a Policy & Procedure manual can be daunting but is also incredibly useful in building a positive workplace culture and provide structure and insight into how your business functions.

Medical directives are written orders from healthcare providers for the performance of treatments, interventions or procedures on particular patients when specific conditions and circumstances are met. Medical directives rely on the collaboration between the aesthetic injector and their appropriate prescriber / Medical Director.

 

We can edit and customize these Medical Directives for your clinic and/or prescriber/Medical Director and are considered void until signed by an appropriate ordering authority.

Directives are provided for:

•Emergency Treatment Of Anaphylaxis Or Severe Allergic Reaction

•Administering Anesthetics By Injection Or Topical Application for Treatment Of Pain

•Administration Of Hyaluronidase

•Injection of Dermal Fillers

•Injection of Neuromodulators

•Off Label Latanoprost 0.005% Or Latisse (Bimatoprost 0.3%)

Once you have placed your order, please send us a high resolution electronic copy of your logo to info@seamlesshealth.ca so that we can customize your document for you. If you do not provide a logo, the document will be supplied with our logo. PDF versions are not editable, nor can you copy paste, but we do include one edit for you, just send us any changes you would like.

 

If you are purchasing a P&P Manual with Directives or only directive(s), please send an email (to info@seamlesshealth.ca) your prescriber's/medical director's info that must include:

  • Full Name with credentials
  • Registration Number
  • Emergency Contact Phone Number
  • High resolution scan of their signature and we can pulish the complete document with all of this info. For the signature please ensure it is black ink on white paper.

 

Creation of the Policy and Procedures Manual takes approximately 14 business days. 

 

If you have chosen to receive a PDF version, you will be emailed a link to download your manual (the PDF file is too large to email). Please download your PDF file immediately after receiving the link as the link expires in 24 hours.  If we need to recreate and resend a new link, a $20 admin fee will be charged.
